Using sql dmo and c# I was able to detach, move mdf/ldf files but when attaching it failed due to folder permission issues on the new mdf/ldf folder location. This file is in use doesn't create this error. 3. The only issue is sql server isnot able to read this file as either this path doesn't exists or file doesn't exists.
