Last reply by MyPetOcean 2 years ago Switchback Posted 3/25/14, 7:00 AM I was about to post this firefox help troubleshooting information problem on here but I found a solution, I wanted to post this so hopefully others can benefit from it. I checked all the current solutions on the Forum https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-support-troubleshooting-guide but none of them worked. Hopefully this helped others out there, you can find CCleaner here: http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download Let me know if it helped! (EDIT: Nevermind, the problem has come back. Help?)
