network error occurred while connecting to server" mean? And how do I fix it? Submitted: 7 years ago. Category:Networking Share this conversation Expert: Aaron P replied7 years ago. HelloCustomerIt seems like when installing your webcam that the logitech server is trying to connect to your PC to either register the webcam or install driver's, I would reccomend going to www.logitech.com and going to network connect an error occurred while extracting the driver's section and finding the correct driver's for your webcam. Than use those driver's to install it and see if this works.Hope this helps,Aaron P Ask Your Own Networking Question Customer: replied7 years ago. i already did that!! Expert: Michelle replied7 years ago. It seems that you installed the Yahoo! Messenger 9 and the Logitech Webcam was not compatible with webcam driver. Even with the update, the webcam will not be compatible. I would recommend uninstalling the webcam driver and Messenger 8, then reboot your machine.Install the Yahoo! Messenger 8 service first and test the application. Once you do this, install the webcam driver and test with the application that comes with the webcam (not Yahoo Messenger). Once it is confirmed that you can work the webcam with the application, open Messenger 8 and configure the webcam under Messenger 8.The following link should provide you with the answers you need to troubleshoot your problems with compatibility between Messenger 8 and your webcam. At this time, if you encounter issues with setting up the webcam with Messenger 9, no fixes are available.http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/messenger/messenger8/webcam/mstainstallcam.html;_ylt=Au1FnH_Z7Ru26LsOT5CkxpU85SN4 Ask Your Own Networking

An Error Occurred While Extracting One Of The Network Connect Components Mac
Oct 2005 Posts: 6 Yahoo IM Web Cam Problem I have tried everything!! I just can't get my an error occurred while extracting one of the network connect components juniper webcam to work on Yahoo IM. I get an error everytime i try to send AND recieve webcam that says: A network error occured while connecting to the server. http://www.justanswer.com/computer-networking/1o3p4-does-a-network-error-occurred-connecting-server.html I've already contacted yahoo's tech support, but they basically just cut and paste their troubleshooting page in an email and send that to me. I've done all their suggestions and it still does not work. BTW..my cam works fine with MSN messenger, AOL messenger, and an online chat website. I also have the same computer model at work (bought at http://www.softwaretipsandtricks.com/forum/internet/26152-yahoo-im-web-cam-problem.html the same time) and the cam works there! I think i may have changed something when i first set up the computer. I deleted some unwanted stuff that comes with the compter when you buy it. Could that be the problem? Has anyone else had/resolved this problem? We have recentlyrecently upgraded our netscaler from version 10to Netscaler 11 and most staff have upgraded Citrix receiver to version6 on there iPads. Now what happens whenever an iPad user connects to citrix it works initially. They can connect and open all the published apps. However as soon as they disconnect, logoff, or put the iPad into sleep mode they then when reconnecting get error message "An error has occurred while connecting. Check your server address and network connection. At that stage they cannot logon no matter what. Even if I flush out the sessions on Citrix studio, or reset the ipad. If we on the ipad delete the user account and recreate it they can then log back on and open apps, but again as soon as they logoff, disconnect or put the ipad to sleep it goes back to same error message when they try to reconnect. So you end up going into a loop. Would I be right to presume that this is a bug with Netscaler 11 or Citrix rec
