There are a dozen programs that I an download to fix the problem, however, my .dll errors are prohibiting me from running the programs. In addition, I cannot connect an external CD drive to reinstall the operating system for the same reasons (HP Mini). Any suggestions? btforres, Jun 12, 2010 #1 This thread has been http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_xp-performance/the-ordinal-173-could-not-be-located-in-the/5e481a3f-e8a7-48c1-b13c-5c869f3e5095 Locked and is not open to further replies.
