Deleting Error Printing
maintaining the calendar for our Director of Operations through Outlook. She has no trouble accessing his calendar, but she is unable to print it. The error printing pdf message she gets is, "The messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem persists, restart Outlook." She was able to print his calendar up until recently. Restarting Outlook has no effect. Yes I have uninstalled the printer and reinstalled it. Printing the Calendar returns error when https://support.rm.com/technicalarticle.asp?cref=tec4296723 someone has shared their calendar but not their Tasks and someone tries to print it using the "Daily Style", which error printing includes tasks. Choose a style that does not include tasks, or print without including TaskPad Information. To deselect the TaskPad option when printing the calendar: Open the Calendar Click File > Print OR (CTRL-P) Click Define Styles Select the desired style Click Page Setup Unselect Include: TaskPad.
