The Vboxdrv Kernel Module Is Not Loaded

Vmware Workstation 7.1.3 on Backtrack 5 32 bit. But it didn't seem to work because it won't work on the right way, It asks for the path to the kernel drivers. Now I tried to install VirtualBox 3.1.6 and that worked well. But now I wanted to install Windows Server 2008 in it, but that won't work. I got a window with "Kernel driver not installed (rc=-1908), please install the virtualbox-ose-dkms package and execute 'modprobe vboxdrv' as root. okay, so I opened a terminal.. root@bt:~# apt-get install virtualbox-ose-dkms Reading package lists...
