Hello, Suddenly the email rule has stopped sending notification when i change the state manually i see this error Execution of a hook failed during the action Submit. It was the ACTION_NOTIFICATION hook attached to the Defect "SAMPL00000001". The reason for the failure was: Error processing Email Rule "New Submissions" : "b\ error description = (null)" As per IBM http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21314404 telnet is working fine and am able to send email via telnet I deleted and created a email rule again and it worked briefly and again after some time it started giving the same error The email rule are working fine for another record type in the same schema any idea how can i trace the issue ? -Sagar melshah 060000PHAN 72 Posts Re: Email rule not sending notification 2013-11-19T20:07:40Z This is the accepted answer. We found the issue we were using a an emailid (xyz@visionway.com) in the FromAddress field this email is actually an makeup emailid for which an local account does not exists on mailserver and hence it was erroring out When change the From Address to "Current User" it started sending out notifications Show: 10 25 50 100 items per page Previous Next Feed for this topic
