The file was generated using the pdf export feature from google docs. Links often go stale before anyone has a chance to investigate the problem. You've put 'master' as the version, but the quoted output clearly shows that you are using 8.71 which is now three and a half years old. Please try the current version of Ghostscript and, if the problem persists, reopen the bug report. Format For Printing -XML -C
