I was wondering, what is a "NAND dump"? How is the 1.50 kernel installed, is it installed automatically when I run the 3.71 M33-4 update? I was thinking of updating to 3.90 M33-3 but I've read that many have been having issues with poploader and many claim that the recovery menu has less options than 3.71 M33. locobrown, Jun 27, 2008 #1244 larrylje Active member Joined: Jan 4, 2005 Messages: 12,506 Likes Received: 0 Trophy Points: 96 locobrown said: I've searched around and read about what custom firmware members like best. Popsloader works perfectly fine in 3.90 M33-3 at least I have had no issues. As for the recovery menu I am pretty sure all features in recovery are the same between 3.71 M33 and 3.90 M33 versions. larryl

Move all 3 files to the root of your memory stick. 6a)Also, make sure error reading you have 2 copies of the 1.50 UPDATE. One must be named '150.PBP', and the other must be named 'UPDATE.PBP'. THEN I DID THIS----> 7)Disable USB Mode, and launch the DCv4 installer from GAME > MemoryStick. 8)Once DCv4 loads, you will have to press X to begin installation. Give it a while, and it will boot back to XMB when finished. <------- ONCE I DID THIS, I GET THIS ERROR : ( error reading 371.pbp ERROR Reading 371.PBP at root. ) SO what the hell is going on here, SEe this is why I did not want to so this crap, ONE because these Read Me files always leave crap out, OR do not explain GOOD enough. TWO I dreaded coming on here asking for help because most of the time it takes like a day to get any sort of HELP, I have to keep REposting to get any sort of GOOG GOOD help, I'm sorry to say that, but I"m really PISSED here. SO if anyone knows how to get past this, I would greatly Appreciate the help like NOW not tomorrow, I'm sitting here with my PSP ready to go, and finish this Tutorial, and DO NOT feel like waiting hours and hours to get HELP, I know one of you has to know, I would not be RUDE about it, if I got help more often on here and I wasn't Pissed.
