Thank you for the answer I try many times to fix the permission, but still problem [root at mail ~]# groups amavis amavis : amavis clamav vscan [root at mail ~]# groups vscan vscan : vscan clamav amavis [root at email ~]# setfacl -m u:vscan:rw /var/amavis/var/amavisd.pid [root at email ~]# setfacl -m g:vscan:rw /var/amavis/var/amavisd.pid http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/Amavisd#head-083903238fabadeded25e0eda4f870bafa770940 and use this to fix the selinux. then the same debug message with last time. So I try to another debug, then change the message [root at email ~]# /usr/local/sbin/amavisd -u vscan debug Error reading config file "/etc/amavisd.conf": Permission denied at /usr/local/sbin/amavisd line 2096. [root at email ~]# vim /usr/local/sbin/amavisd 2094 if (defined(do $config_file)) {} 2095 elsif ($@ ne '') { die "Error in config file \"$config_file\": $@" } 2096 elsif ($! != 0) { die "Error reading config file \"$config_file\": $!" } 2097 $read_config_files_depth-- if $read_config_files_depth > 0; Maybe this line is the real reason for ermission denied. I have no idea to read that message. How to fix it? I want to postfix+amavis+clamav+spam in the centos6.2/64bit.How can I configure these working together? Thanks for your time TOM 2012/7/24

JCinTX Level 1 (0 https://discussions.apple.com/thread/6232257?start=15&tstart=0 points) Q: amavisd-release not working after upgrade to 10.9 Mavericks I just upgraded from 10.8 to 10.9 and the amavisd services suddenly started making most https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/251377 of the messages as containing a virus and quarantining them into the /Library/Server/Mail/data/scanner/quarantine directory. I stopped the services for virus pocessing on the messages which error reading has stopped the quarantine from happening, but I can not get the messages to release back into the mail queue using amavisd-release to reprocess the ones that were already moved. This is what I get when i run amavisd-release from the terminal...amavisd-release banned-fX3ORr9nexcGCan't connect to UNIX socket /var/amavis/amavisd.sock: No such file or error reading config directory at /Applications/Server.app/Contents/ServerRoot/usr/bin/amavisd-release line 260.Any ideas as to how to get it working? Posted on May 17, 2014 1:00 PM I have this question too by JCinTX,Solvedanswer JCinTX Level 1 (0 points) A: Ok, whew - finally got it working. Thank you TigerKR for your time and help with this!!!I did like you suggested and renamed all the old file to *.bak and reloaded everything thru launchctl, but it was still stuck with the same error. However, I finially found the bit of code I had to change thanks to you pointing out where your amavisd.sock file was. I changed line 83 in the /Applications/Server.app/Contents/ServerRoot/usr/bin/amavisd-release file where it had... $socketname = '/var/amavis/amavisd.sock';I changed it to match what you had found where your amavisd.sock file was located. So it now reads... $socketname = '/Library/Server/Mail/Data/scanner/amavis/amavisd.sock';Then amavisd-release ran, but I got a different error at that point that had...Invalid quarantine ID: /Library/Server/Mail/data/scanner/
