Furthermore, my view distance seems to be default 85% despite being set to 100% in options. I belive it has something with that erver movement or whatever it was, but my question is, is anyone having this kind of problem and is there any way to fix it? like; "There was an error reading from server". Also, as of late , there are very few servers, mostly in Europe, to connect to. Am I missing something? Thanks for any help. Ti_GER arn354 Aug 27 2010, 10:24 AM Gamespy moved the accountservers to a new datacenter. The scheduled downtime was around 6h.http://blogs.battlefield.ea.com/battlefiel...nd-bf-2142.aspxQUOTE This is a quick and friendly notice about GameSpy 's future datacenter move. They're on track for a move date of Wednesday, August 25 starting at 10:00 p.m. (22:00) Pacific Daylight Time. This will affect BF2 and BF2142 and they will be offline for approximately 6 hours starting at that time. This is not a patch for either Battlefield 2 or Battlefield 2142.All played stats and accounts will remain unchanged during this transfer. The longer i have to deal with EA, Gamespy or DICE, the more i think there are just working a bunch of pc monkeys. WarCore Aug 27 2010, 11:15 AM Thanks for the reply but it's been down over 30 hours, not 6. ???QUOTE (Ti_GER arn354 @ Aug 27 2010, 10:24 AM) Gamespy moved the accountservers to a new datacenter.
