Winrar
to extract file using WinZIP, but receives an error message. Symptom WinZip Error reading header after processing 0 entries. [OK] Cause Third party software (WinZIP) does not handle filenames which end in ".TAR.TAR" correctly. Resolving the problem Workaround: Rename the ".TAR.TAR" file to ".TAR.GZ". For example, rename "C8_Cont_8_4_Win32_FP001.tar.tar" to "C8_Cont_8_4_Win32_FP001.tar.gz" Extract this .TAR.GZ file with WinZip. Fix: Use alternative compression software to extract the ".TAR.TAR" file. TIP: There are several compatible software products available. IBM do not specifically recommend any one product, although one popular freeware product (used by many customers) is '7-Zip'. I downloaded inline-4.5.0.tar.tar onto my (windows xp) local pc, and tried to open it with the latest winzip. I get 'error reading header after processing 0 entries' Is there some other way I should obtain the module? I am hosted on a remote http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21403948 site - I had intended to get the module onto my local machine and ftp it across. I also tried to get the documentation, but it seemed to have the same name as the module itself. As far as I know, there are cases in which browser prevents automatic open of a zip file. Try right clicking on the link to the file and choose 'save link as' then, onec saved, open it with Winzip. It should work.... Please let me know... That's what I did though - saved it then tried to open it. I haven't had any trouble with winzip before, though I've never tried to open a .tar file, only zips and
