Now try to start the program called Xbox Backup Creator.exe It should now start automatically, if not or you get errors, there is also a folder called system32. Copy the files from that folder into C:WindowsSystem32 and then retry starting the program, in that case it misses the Visual Basic Runtime libraries. 3.3) Reading out Games: At this point the drive should already have been fully recognised by the PC. See 2) Now start Xbox Backup Creator, it should look like this. In the list select the 0800 drive, PLDS DG-16D2S or something like that.(The Start button cannot be selected yet because there is no game in the drive) Now you can insert an ORIGINAL Xbox 360 Game(Burned Games/Backups can NOT be read out, it MUST be an Original, preferably also unscratched!), here be very careful again when you eject the drive, the adapter may not get loose, the Media-Type should be DVD-ROM, and Bytes Used: in between 5-300MB approximately depending on the game. If you do not hear any reading noises or the Start button isnt selectable or nothing is being recognised, the adapter will have moved out, then you need to restart the computer and try again(or unplug the USB and back in if its a USB adapter) If the game was recognised, you can change the Settings at "Options", so that it looks like on the picture, very important is to activate the setting "Process AP25" thats required for XGD3 games. With that option the reading out process for new games take a lot longer(about 30 minutes longer) you can skip the step by patching but the safest is also reading out the AP25 Topography layer by yourself. In the end you never know what Microsoft is up to and this way you are always on the safe side if they change anything. Then you can press Start and choose a file name. Then you need to wait a long time, for old games its faster,
