I'm hesitant to cause it a bug, actually, because I'm not actually sure what's happening, but here goes.I tag my converted videos with AtomicParsley. A fork of AtomicParsley that has been updated to 0.9.3 is available here as source. 0.9.3 allows for the addition of content rating (mpaa and tv ratings such as R, TV-MA, etc.). This was useless because iPhones didn't recognize content ratings that were added by 3rd party programs, only ones that were embedded in official iTunes downloads. Now it appears they do recognize them, as of firmware 3.1.3. I find this very useful, as it prevents my younger siblings from watching

Author Posts March 11, 2015 at 5:57 pm #40346 tim_c4934Participant I was unsupported format or just working on a project yesterday - tracking some screens onto phones - and now when I send footage to mocha it shows up with a blank project - doesn't carry over any info from AE. So then when I tried to open previous projects I got this error when trying to relink the media. Keep in mind I have not touched the footage. It's the same codec as it was yesterday when working on it. Appreciate the help, I'm also under a deadline and this is killing me. March 11, 2015 at 6:01 pm #40347 MaryPKeymaster There are certain types of codecs and file types that mocha does not support, usually native, unprocessed codecs off of cameras and AVIs on Windows. You may need to convert the file to something mocha supports, such as quicktime or an image sequence. If your screen is black or white for clips but not for images, it is most likely the codec for the movie files that is causing the issue.Keep in mind a codec does not refer to a file type, like AVI or MP4, it refers to the compression type. Both must be considered. Make sure you have the proper codecs installed on your machine or try a more universal codec to bring into mocha.View Documentation: supported file list http://www.imagineersystems.com/support/documentation/#File_FormatsOther troubleshooting tips (because this sounds like it may be a driver or installed codec issue instead of a format issue):Double-c
