This isn't, as far as I can tell, a Pandora support question. Sounds like Handbrake can't cope with the encryption/obfuscation on your DVD. Unless you get this with every DVD. gadgetoid, Sep 12, 2011 #5 Hoodoo Member Joined: Jul 11, 2011 Messages: 350 Location: Moscow, Russia Handbrake scares me to death, it's a complicated thing and it has an ugly icon. I used to (batch) convert video with mencoder, but I don't use DVDs much because of ads they put there and this absurd 'this region only' thing and such. They seem original commercial DVD's (not copies) and they are not damaged in any way. At first, I tried to rip them to my server as a backup with Handbrake and it failed. Handbrake scans the DVD and never terminates. In the Handbrake Console, I see Code: [22:36:28] gtkgui: HandBrake rev3736 (2011010699) - Linux i686 - http://handbrake.fr [22:36:28] hb_init: checking
