install the new avast 7, the process hung my machine. I had to power down to recover. Now, I have a permanent message in avast uninstall tool the upper left corner that says "Unsecured Fix now." When I try to fix it, the system hangs. When I try to download again, I get:Avast! Setup Fatal ErrorError reading product data from “C:\Program Files\AVAST Software\Avast\setup\”. Setup cannot continue.When I revo uninstaller dismiss that, I get:Setup SelfextractAn error 0 (00000000) has occurred. Last performed operation was: spawningI cannot remove avast now - I've tried via the Control Panel. Same errors as above. The avast Service is Stopped. I've tried to start it several times; no deal.Basically avast is dead and I can't remove it.Please advise.Thank you. Then, I was able to install avast 7.Unfortunately, at the end of the installation process, the installer hung the machine. Hard. I had to reset.After rebooting, again, everything appears to be okay. I hope this nightmare is over.Thanks for your help. Then choose Repair function in the popup window (Repair). He seguido estos pasos para intentar solucionarlo: - Ejecut desinstaladores de varios antivirus por su hubiera restos de alguno - Desinstal todas las versiones del Avast con su desinstalador - Le pas varios programas al ordenador (Spybot Search, Spyware Blaster, SuperAntiSpyware, CCleaner, Ad-Aware, Glary Utilities y Malwarebytes) - Ejecut un antivirus error reading product online - Hice un CHKDSK Y el mensaje sigue saliendo... alguna idea? Asi: pon /inicio /ejecutar alli pon la palabra : regedit (tal como esta) y presiona enter. Te aparecera una pantalla. Alli hazle clik a > HEY_CURRENT_USER despues busca uno que se llama > Software dentro saldran todos los programas que tienes en tu pc debes hacerle clik a "Avast" y presionar SURPRIMIR,SURP,DELETE,DEL son lo mismo y listo IMPORTANTE: No borres nada mas Ni toques otra cosa !!!
