We do know this error message and we can explain it for vmware and soap, but we can't explain it for wmi. Is it maybe possible that your wmi sensors do show a different error message? Please install dotNet 3.5 next to dotNet 4.0 and install the windows updates for the dotNet Frameworks. Does it work now? If this doesn't help please open a command prompt and change the working directory to the "sensor system" directory within the prtg installation directory. Then run the following command and send the result to our support team. SipOptionsPingSensor.exe -ip=[ip] -port=[port] -user=[username] -pw=[password] -timeout=5 -retry=5 Please replace the placeholders in []. "Error reading project" (Read 836 times) Finch Newbie Posts: 1 "Error reading project" « on: May 04, 2016, 05:07:34 PM » Hi there,I have recently completed some projects on Agisoft Photo Scan Pro. They appeared http://www.agisoft.com/forum/index.php?topic=5293.0 to save properly but I have been unable to open the files, and https://communities.bmc.com/thread/136735?start=0&tstart=0 have been given a "error reading project" message (Error Disk IO error).I'm wondering if its the files or perhaps the Version of Agisoft I'm using? I'm using Version 1.2.4 many thanks. Are you using PSZ or PSX format? In the latter case I can suggest to check the contents of doc.xml file inside frame.zip archive (somewhere in subdirs of corresponding .files folder) and in the very end of the file you can find the links to the corresponding project elements, like dense_cloud, depth_maps and etc. If there error reading response are no related folders next to frame.zip, you can remove such lines from doc.xml and try to re-open the project. I have not had a chance to familiarize myself with the .file structure, however, I have found the doc.xml inside frame.zip.Could you elaborate on how to identify the lines to remove from the .xml? I am uncertain what you mean by "if there are no related folders next to frame.zip you can remove such lines from doc.xml..."This is a large project (1750 images) and I've sunk a lot of time into processing, so any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! « Last Edit: May 25, 2016, 10:15:41 PM by VanForester » Logged Alexey Pasumansky Agisoft Technical Support Hero Member Posts: 5017 Re: "Error reading project" « Reply #3 on: May 25, 2016, 10:42:31 PM » Hello VanForester,In the doc.xml you can see the relati

Our vendor says they see the disconnection coming from our side and our networking team says they do not see any issues. Has anyone ran into this type of problem. Does Control M have some setting that needs adjusted for this not to happen. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Example below is from one of our failures.
