I have been using this for approximately 12 months with no problems. We recently moved business locations and internet providers (our new internet provider is working fine) and now when trying to connect to the server I get the following error message: Finding Host host7.veoweb.net ... Connecting to 64.246.56.9:21 Connected to 64.246.56.9:21 in 0.000000 seconds, Waiting for Server Response Error reading response from server. Connection closed by remote host. Host type (1): Automatic Detect I have emailed veoweb technical support various times over several days with NO reply at all. The only variable would be our change in internet provider or if veoweb has changed something on their end. Ipswitch has a field to give the host name/address, username and password for connection, but shouldn't I also have to give the nameservers somewhere? I have reinstalled Ipswitch and reset the host name/address, username and password with no effect. I am new to this and any help would be greatly appreciated!! Using my name and password I can connect to something celled C Panel, a link which veoweb gave me where I can review my account and server information. I have not tried to have someone else connect to my FTP account. Unfortunately I don't know anyone who uses a server or ftp software who could give it a try. I suppose I could install the FTP software on my home computer and try it from there? Deez
