I have been using this for approximately 12 months with no problems. We recently moved business locations and internet providers (our new internet provider is working fine) and now when trying to connect to the server I get the following error message: Finding Host host7.veoweb.net ... Connecting to 64.246.56.9:21 Connected to 64.246.56.9:21 in 0.000000 seconds, Waiting for Server Response Error reading response from server. Connection closed by remote host. Host type (1): Automatic Detect I have emailed veoweb technical support various times over several days with NO reply at all. The only variable would be our change in internet provider or if veoweb has changed something on their end. Ipswitch has a field to give the host name/address, username and password for connection, but shouldn't I also have to give the nameservers somewhere? I have reinstalled Ipswitch and reset the host name/address, username and password with no effect. I am new to this and any help would be greatly appreciated!! I'm not too familiar with FTP, and I have only used Bulletproof in the past. Now I'm trying to use WS_FTP but I can't connect and keep receiving the following error: Error reading response from server. Connection closed by remote host. Host type (1): Automatic Detect Does anyone know what this message actually means? Do I need to change some configurations, or is it just that the server is busy/down?
