Typically this error means one of two things. 1. The application cannot install because you have insufficient privileges to install applications. This can often be corrected by running the exe using the "Run as Administrator" windows option. See point 2 of this knowledge base post for more details: https://planguru.zendesk.com/entries/21316357 2. The download file gets corrupted. Sometimes this can happen, especially if your internet connection is slow and your anti-virus software is scanning the file during the download process. Try deleting the exe file from your downloads folder and download the trial again. You may also want to consider temporarily disabling your internet anti-virus scan. -PlanGuru Support Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Google+ Was this article helpful? 1 out of 1 found this helpful Have more questions? Most likely causes of your problem are bad cd or bad drive. A bad computer is also possible but less likely, assuming that it worked before you tried reinstalling the OS. share|improve this answer answered Mar 28 '11 at 21:18 emgee 4,0291426 add a comment| up vote -1 down vote Make sure that your Installation cd/dvd can support your hard drive type (such as SATA) Use a compatible one (download windows xp sp3, sata driver included) from the internet . share|improve this answer answered Jun 5 '12 at 8:35 arash arzandehnia 1 add a comment| up vote -1 down vote It means that there is a problem with your system's Random Access Memory (RAM).
