Verizon is using an MTU setting of 1492 and Entourage uses a setting of 1500. Apple has a Knowledge Base article https://groups.google.com/d/topic/microsoft.public.mac.office.entourage/RR2tkXhUw1o that will walk you through the steps. It article number 107474. All mail arrives to new mail server but mails mailed from JES. The domain is still configured on JES and all the mails from JES domains fails to arrive to new mail server.
