If it doesn't work, could be the version of wad manager you're using. I think the current one is 1.7 Donkey Plonk, Jan 5, 2011 Top #2 OP Newcomer prpro1204 Member Joined: Nov 26, 2010 Messages: 13 Featured Posts: 0 Country: After I click on wad manager I change to ISO249, change de

(ret =-1) I've tried every version of Wad Manager that I could find, and every combination of devices (putting the .dol on the SD - wad on USB, and so on) that I could think of. But no matter what http://www.wiihacks.com/showthread.php?t=61052 I do; everytime I try to install a wad to my SD-NAND I get "Error! (ret = -1)". What am I doing wrong? I got my NAND-dump from BootMii - could that be the problem? Reply With Quote 06-13-2010,07:51 PM #2 nightstah Guest Are you using a compatible SD card? I'm not sure whether your modding your Wii or something else here. If the former, 2gb or smaller full SD card --- Sandisk work best (no MicroSD w/adapter, nor SDHC). I did this as I was having an issue with EA Sports Active 2 was having issues with a USB transponder. This did fortunately solve my issue with the game. However, now that I've done that, I can't install WADs off of my USB drive anymore. I can't get WAD Manager 1.7 to mount the USB drive. Any suggestions? Thanks. Here is what I've found. If I plug the USB drive into the right USB slot, the one that never worked before, I can get WAD Manager to work. It works by selecting USB Device, instead of USB Device 2.0 (which I've always used before). This would be a great solution, however, when I swap them, my games no longer work. I installed v20b on top of v21 (249 with base of 56), and all is good now. In my case, changing to IOS50 when the program prompts you to make that selection in the beginning solved the problem.
