I have 3 nodes. Everything is connecting up between Manager and Servers. However, when I submit a MR job I get several errors (repeteatedly) on all 3 server nodes. Those errors are:Application load error: 3dsmax adapter error : 3dsmax.exe process no response.3dsmax adapter error : 3dsmax.exe process no response.Application unload timeout (0 minutes)Unknown errorOn the Manager the errors are:Job '..." (Autodesk 3ds Max 2014 (64-bit)) failed for "node"Error message: 3dsmax adapter error : 3dsmax.exe process no response. Can someone help me with this? Of course I have a deadline.Thank You,Mark ><> read 5273 times6/8/2013 4:35:51 AM (last edit: 6/8/2013 4:35:51 AM) msimecek over the past few years i've had a few problems with Backburner. so i can sympathize with you.a few ideas:- if your on a PC you might try a system restore (not sure how tight your deadline is or when your network was last working.) if you do this you'll obviously lose your current work on your workstation.-does your Host workstation work through the backburner?-somewhere in your network settings is an ip4 and ip6 setting. this could have defaulted on you by accident. i can't recall which setting is correct for max 2014 but if you find it try toggling it.-when you submit a job are you sending it to the correct address in the queue? this can default by accident as well.-do you have fumefx? i've found their afterflics app messes up the network read 5266 times6/8/2013 5:57:06 AM (last edit: 6/8/2013 5:57:06 AM) 61mwhite Hi msimecek,Thank You for the response. I may need to clarify a few things. First, Backburner Manager, Server, and Monitor are all communicating with one another. When I choose "Submit for Network Rendering" the 3 nodes appear. When the job is submitted all nodes go "busy" but begin to error out with the errors provided in the previous post
