Error Retrieving File List Wad Manager

Everything was find until the part where i selected my device. It generates the following error:- retrieving file list... Error Ret = -1 I am using a SD card with the wad manager located in "/apps/Wad Manager 1.3" It happens for both v1.3 and v1.4 wad manager. Anyone has any solution for this? The forwarder will always load the latest version of Cfg Loader which is stored on your SD card or USB FAT partition, so you can update the loader without needing a new error retrieving forwarder. Note that it is generally not recommended to install channels to your Wii as it could cause bricking. Note: This forwarder is newer than the old one on this tutorial and is required to properly forward to the new IOS slots. Create another subfolder of the apps folder called "sd:/apps/InstForwarder" Unzip "WAD-Manager_v1.7.zip" and copy "WAD-Manager_v1.7.dol" to "sd:/apps/InstForwarder/boot.dol" Note that this step involves a change in filename Copy the forwarder .wad file you downloaded of the forwarder to sd:/. Start the Homebrew Channel and select to launch the IOS58 Installer Select the big Install button with the pointer and push A Wait for installation to complete. Whether installation is successful or fails, push the OK button It is OK if it fails, that probably just means you already have IOS58. Start the Homebrew Channel and select to launch "/apps/InstForwarder/boot.dol" Read the disclaimer and push A to continue Select to use "IOS236" and push A to continue Select "Wii SD Slot" when asked for
