If this is Web project you need to install Visual Studio 2005 SP1 which is adding full support for Web Projects. If error retrieving this project is for a Smart Device (for Windows Mobile 5 or 6) you will need to install Windows Mobile 5.0 SDK for Smartphone, Windows Mobile 5.0 SDK for Pocket PC or Windows Mobile 6 SDK.
