For example, when an administrator configures a backup for Oracle they must give NetWorker security access to the database. This is done through a wizard where the administrator enters the login credentials for the database and the client. In a corresponding Lockbox for the client NetWorker will securely store the sensitive information, utilizing RSA 256-bit AES format technology.The information NetWorker stores in the Lockboxes are called ‘secrets'. Joe_w Sep 4, 2015 3:38 AM (in response to Joe_w) This was resolved:https://support.emc.com/kb/197704Basically:Resetting the lockbox resolves the issue. 1) Run the "symcfg -lockbox reset -ssv" command. 2) Enter lockbox password (Default password is host_name@SELockbox1) Note: The host name should be in lowercase only even though if the server shows in CAPS. 3) Run the "symaccess -sid xx list view" command to confirm resolution.
