I want to recommend you that try to download the Visual Studio express again to fix this issue; you can download Visual Basic, Visual C#, Visual Web Developer, Visual C++ separately rather than All-in-One DVD. And do you know the famous software WinRAR? It can extract the files from an ISO file to your disk. Regards, Xun

Not to worry i can always redownload on the new PC. Last point of note, is it possible to find the setup file. Most often when an Iso image is involved, but the image is not bootable, I prefer to use a virtual CD rom emulator to emulate the CD drive rather than fooling with burning to a physical CD. In this case, my virtual drive is UltraIso, which according to support has issues emulating CDs in Windows 7, didn't work giving me the error "E:\application not found".
