2012-05-05 Dear all I need someone to advise what i should do for the problem below: Sometimes when i logged into my personal computer or when i am using Excel, the error message below will be prompted: "The instruction at "0x745F2780" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program Click on CANCEL to debug the program" When error svchost.exe error windows 10 message is prompted when using Excel, the system will hang and i face difficulties to shut down. XP and Office use way too much memory to be using only 256mb. Prøv at stoppe Automatic Updates som service, evt. disable den mens du troubleshooter. Hvis den ikke crasher derefter, er det nok de samme office updates, der kan drille. Det gjorde det kun på nogle konfigurationer og ikke alle, men dog på flere PCere. Kig tilbage i event viewer hvor der med jævne mellemrum står "application error" der relaterer, også ca. den dato hvor det begynder, er der scheduleret nogle updates til Windows og Office samme dag eller dage før.Prøv så at afinstaller disse office updates, og hent dem manuelt, og installer dem. Sådan gik problem væk for nogle af vores klient PCere.Ikke sikkert at det er samme problem, men det skader ikke at prøve det samme.
