Many users have reported that they get a huge performance increase and a more stable device if they turn off this feature. (Note: Error Reporting is not available in HP iPAQs.) Here's how to do it: Go to Start >Settings >System tab >Error Reporting (Smartphones: select Start >Settings >Error Reporting). Select the "Disable error reporting" option (Smartphones: select Disable in the Error Reporting field). Canela Kid Newbie Messages: 2 Likes Received: 0 Trophy Points: 1 I am running WM5 on an HTC Universal. Whenever I try to save changes to an http://forum.brighthand.com/threads/wm5-excel-error-saving-changes-to-sd-card.233463/ excel file on the SD card I get an error. I have tried different cards and files http://www.modaco.com/forums/topic/262620-fixxing-mpx200-wm5-error-messages-data-connection/ created on PPC and PC - same result. No similar problems with Word Mobile etc. ---------- Anyone got any ideas? It is just changes to a file on the card. Sometimes it does not give an error when making the first change to a spreadsheet, but the changes are NOT saved Canela Kid, Dec 11, 2006 #3 dannybill Newbie Messages: 1 Likes Received: 0 Trophy Points: 1 Look for and delete a file named Temp0FOO on your storage card. This fixes the problem (worked on my WM6 Xv6800). error wm5 The corrupt Temp0FOO file would be on your main mem if that is where the problem Excel Mobile file is saved. Just delete the temp file and all is well. dannybill, Jan 13, 2008 #4 (You must log in or sign up to reply here.) Show Ignored Content Loading... So I installed Arcsoft MMS Clinet but was unabel to connect due to the phones settings. After trying countless connection settings I finaly got it to work by folling these instructions: Go to start->setup->connections->gprs->add:description - TMobile GPRSconnects to: the internetaccess point: wap.voicestream.com [*]Go to start->setup->connections->gprs->add:description -TMobile WAPconnects to: WAP networkaccess point: wap.voicestream.comGo to start->setup->connections->proxy->add:description - T-Zones WAP Proxyconnects from: the internetconnects to: wap networkname/port: 216.155.165.50:8080type: HTTP [*]Configure MMS: Go to start->messaging->MMS->Menu->Options->Account Options->MMS->-MMSC Settings: [*]Edit the sample MMSC item [*]Name: Tmobile MMSC [*]MMSC URL: http://216.155.174.84/servlets/mms [*]WAP Gateway: 216.155.165.50 [*]Port: 9201 The only problem now is that every 20 minutes the phone beeps and displays this error message. (Your Internet connection is not configured properly. Please verify your settings in Data Connections) I am able to send messages GREAT and have no Sync issues or any for that matter. Is there a regi fix or somthing I can do to stop this Error message???? Thank you in advance. Edited December 11, 2007 by tonytale
 Create
