In the Application Event Log, I keep getting the following error; Event ID: 215 Source: ESENT Task https://www.experts-exchange.com/questions/27698940/W2008R2-and-RDSH-showing-event-215-ESENT-Errors.html Category: Logging/Recovery Message: WinMail (41748) WindowsMail0: The backup has been stopped because it was halted by the client or the connection with the client has failed. The errors started showing up as new user accounts started logging in at 8:00am. I don't understand the reference to WinMail as I am not using any mail client on the server, that I am aware of. I am using roaming profiles and folder redirection via group policy linked to the RDSH server OU, if that makes any difference. My clients are Windows XP SP3 running a client called ThinLaunch to lock it down and automatically present the RDSH Server login Any ideas? 0 Question by:dcadler Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Google LVL 9 Best Solution byTehzar Do you have any AV software installed on this server? Do you have indexing enabled on the server? (Right click on C:\ > properties > general > allowing indexing.....) If you do, disable indexing for Go to Solution 6 Comments LVL 9 Overal

How do I turn this off? I looked in Group Policy under Backup but there is no setting for turning Backup off for Windows Mail only. Do I have to turn it off for all things in order to stop auto backup of Windows Mail that I don't use?Backup and Restore Center says there have been no backups made and I haven't made any of the Windows Mail or any other files. Yet Event Viewer has recorded events of automatic backup of Windows Mail. So, how do I find these backups and how do I disable them? I don't need repeated auto backups of 2MB of something I have never used. I did click for more information regarding this event but Microsoft has none.Log Name: ApplicationSource: ESENTDate: 6/4/2008 11:28:03 PMEvent ID: 213Task Category: Logging/RecoveryLevel: InformationKeywords: ClassicU
