I even reinstalled both EQ2, Windows, drivers, etc. to no avail. It seems like a lot of people are having similar issues. I haven't tried to play in a month because my subsription ran out and there is no use http://archive.eq2wire.com/showthread.php?t=490412 spending money on something on something I may not be able to play. I know it isn't what you wanted to hear, but hopefully someone else has a fix that may work for the both of us... shoes2004 View Public Profile Find More Posts by shoes2004 11-14-2010, 09:44 PM #3 TSR-DennisG Customer Service Join Date: Mar 2007 Posts: 420 Try installing this version of Direct X 9.0c and let me know what your results were. I am getting a weird error when I play EverQuest. The error sounds like missing some files in the computer. I tried the common methods uninstall and reinstall but nothing seems to work. Do I need to download the DirectX? Please suggest me some solutions to solve this error. Thanks in advance. EverQuest II has detected an unrecoverable error and must shutdown.
