I'm using parallel ssh, but I can't seem to get it to work right. Have you done ssh-copy-id? Did you set up passwordless ssh logins? How? –waltinator Jul 3 '15 at 3:48 Yes I can get to each node manually. I haven't done copy-id. I TRIED to set up passwordless ssh and just failed miserably. I usually enter my password each time. Passwords are the same on each machine. –Bob Wakefield Jul 3 '15 at 6:18 It looks like you are putting the ssh invocations in the background. Not a good strategy, until you get it to work. Try using the -v option to ssh, and, if you are putting ssh in the background, save STDERR to a file, via ssh -v ..... 2>sshlog.$$, then look at the sshlog.* files –waltinator Jul 8 '15 at 13:17 I'm at work so I'll try this when I get home BUT I can't believe that this is this hard. All I'm trying to do is reduce the amount of typing I need to do to configure my cluster. I saw som

> Team Foundation Server - Build and release management Question 0 Sign in to vote We Were trying out the "HelloSequentialWorkflow"from msdn, wherein there was a call command to deploy the workflow using "PostBuildActions.bat" file. The Build Failed and we got the following Error: The command "call "C:\Documents and Settings\ctr5809\My Documents\Visual Studio 2005\Projects\SharePointDemo\SharePointDemo\\DeploymentFiles\PostBuildActions.bat" "Debug" "C:\Documents and Settings\ctr5809\My Documents\Visual Studio 2005\Projects\SharePointDemo\SharePointDemo\" "C:\Documents and Settings\ctr5809\My Documents\Visual Studio 2005\Projects\SharePointDemo\SharePointDemo\bin\Debug\" "SharePointDemo" DEPLOY " exited with code 255. SharePointDemo Kindly help us out. Monday, May 21, 2007 6:34 AM Reply | Quote Answers 3 Sign in to vote Try replacing "call" with "cmd /c". The error code "255" usually means that it is not able to find the file you are asking it to execute. "call" is usually used inside batch or command files and not directly as an exectuable. Here is the workflow example that I found: http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms742162.aspx Is that the one you have?
