can occur if the gds libraries contain artwork cells with the same name in different libraries, but different layouts. In order to correct this gds export problem: Go to the Options > Layout Options menu. Select the Export/LPF tab. Along the left side of the dialog box, change the Artwork instance export options to Append lib name to duplicates.
