I was trying out a Flex-Spring-Hibernate-Java project, which would fetch the records from database and show it in a grid. But, when I try to open my application, I get the following error : ?[RPC Fault faultString="Send failed" faultCode="Client.Error.MessageSend" faultDetail="Channel.Connect.Failed error NetConnection.Call.Failed: HTTP: Status 404: url: 'http://localhost:8080/demo/spring/messagebroker/amf'"] What this error is regarding ? PS : I saw the other related error links similar to this error, but that didn't help me out. Does the URL localhost:8080/demo/spring/messagebroker/amf load in your browser? Or not; then the issue is a server configuration issue. –JeffryHouser Jun 12 '13 at 12:24 Thanks for your reply. I was trying the project sample from here .. webdbtips.com/68807 .. Nope, that url leads to 404 on my web browser. I named the combined Flex-Java project using BlazeDS as "Statistics" –sgokhales Jun 12 '13 at 12:30 Which configuration am I miss

Join them; it only takes a minute: Sign up Air application - faultCode:Client.Error.MessageSend up vote 0 down vote favorite I have an AIR application that uses remote objects to communicate with the server. It works perfectly when http://stackoverflow.com/questions/17065234/client-error-messagesend-channel-connect-failed-error-netconnection-call-faile the application connects to my localhost server. But as soon as I change the url to point to a remote test server, I get the following error: fault.message: faultCode:Client.Error.MessageSend faultString:'Send failed' faultDetail:'Channel.Connect.Failed error NetConnection.Call.Failed: HTTP: Failed: url: 'http://remoteserver:80/app/messagebroker/amf'' fault.name: Error fault.faultcode: Client.Error.MessageSend fault.faultstring: Send failed fault.faultdetail: Channel.Connect.Failed error NetConnection.Call.Failed: HTTP: Failed: url: 'http://remoteserver:80/app/messagebroker/amf' What might cause this error? My local server is a glassfish 3.1, the remote one uses apache for load balancing in front of a http://stackoverflow.com/questions/14454624/air-application-faultcodeclient-error-messagesend glassfish. When I navigate in the browser to the url of amf channel, it displays a blank page (which is fine). I have also noticed that when I use tcp/ip monitor from eclipse, (I change the url to point to some port on localhost; tcp/ip monitor forwards the request to the remote server), the application works fine, no error occurs. Still, it appends a jsessionid to the url. How can I resolve this issue? java air glassfish blazeds share|improve this question edited Jan 22 '13 at 9:05 akjoshi 9,1161269106 asked Jan 22 '13 at 8:48 dacian 1 did you check the server error log? –fmodos Jan 22 '13 at 8:52 yes, there is just an error that the second instance of the cluster does not responds. I've start it and it no longer appears. –dacian Jan 22 '13 at 9:35 Problem fixed: my firewall was blocking adl.exe. In the access.log there were no requests received. –dacian Jan 22 '13 at 10:48 add a comment| active oldest votes Know someone who can answer? All are sent to other iPhone/iPad users. For a few months now, I've https://discussions.apple.com/thread/6130396?tstart=0 been getting "Message Send Failure" every time I send pictures to other Apple devices (iPhones, https://groups.google.com/d/topic/flex_india/-AYKJfSazHI iPads, Macs), despite the recipient receiving them. So, even though the pictures are going through, the "Message Send Failure" notice keeps showing up. I checked with other people who have Apple devices and they also encountered the same issue whenever they send pictures (usually send an email to make sure it was received). I thought when iOS 7.1.1 came out that it failed http would fix this issue. Has anyone else encountered the same issue? Thanks! iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1.1 Posted on Apr 25, 2014 7:22 PM I have this question too Close Q: why do i keep getting "Message Send Failure" every time I send pictures on iMessage? I've heard of a lot of people having trouble with this. Can you send directly from the thread of messages? Also, double check that MMS is enabled? A cursory search on Google and these forums point to many others having the issue as well with no fix that I've been able to uncover as of yet. At least the images are indeed getting through. An
