Please try the Nikita’s solution. If you still have the same problem. Please download SP1 at http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/support/vs2005sp1/default.aspx to solve your issue. Because that the 'OutputFile' for the linker was specified with forward slashes. This path was interpreted by the manifest tool as a relative path, which was therefore unable to find the file.
