Thanks for posting the fix, I am sure it will be useful Darren 3:00 pm, September 16, 2010 User photo Name Brion Nelson Did my post on Auto-Tuning fix this issue for you? -Brion 3:07 pm, September 16, 2010 User photo Name Brion Nelson Darren, no jumbo frames that I am aware of… We do have a few switches/routers that are older and do not support auto-tuning. We first figured this out with Citrix user issues that were running Vista on their home PCs. When we first started testing Windows 7 (skipped Vista) we found that Bomgar was not connecting to or from our Windows 7 boxes. Just for kicks we thought we would try the Auto-Tuning fix and it worked. Just hope this works for this issue as well. -Brion 7:50 pm, September 24, 2010 User photo Name Brad Bodily I have a very simple home network. For the last few days I have been unable to connect to remote servers. This is not some isolated problem with just one program; it is several. I use CuteFTP Pro 7 and I failed to receive this error message, “Can't connect to remote server. Socket error = #10022.” I have read through any similar issues on GlobalSCAPE’s tech support forums. At least one technician has walked me through some troubleshooting steps – all of which I had already attempted. I have also searched online for similar situations involving CuteFTP with that particular error code. Although I found a unrecognized client detected few, none of them had solutions that worked for me. I use XoftSpySE and I cannot update the database because the update function does not see the Internet connection. Since I am having trouble with XoftSpySE I have attempted to connect to an online support center that provides tech support for Pareto Logic. There tech support uses an online portal to connect to their servers where I can elect to let them have remote access to my computer. When I attempt to login to their server I receive the message, “The client software was unable to detect a connection to the Bomgar Box. Please check your network connection and outgoing firewall settings and try again.” I use a program to manage a membership database which uses SQL to connect to a remote server and synchronize the database so that the other users have access to the changes made. I receive this message, “A connections with the server could not be established.” When I open the debug window, I see a bunch of information. I believe the pertinent information includes: “Error Number: -2147467259, Error Description: Error during merg
