I have tried just doing 25565 in my server properties but it still says the same thing. Here are my server http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/support/server-support/1877189-failed-to-bind-to-port-problem properties: #Minecraft server properties #Mon Feb 18 09:41:27 EST 2013 generator-settings= allow-nether=true level-name=ShadowGloom enable-query=false allow-flight=true server-port=25565 level-type=DEFAULT enable-rcon=false level-seed= server-ip=xxx.xxx.x.xx max-build-height=400 spawn-npcs=false white-list=true spawn-animals=true snooper-enabled=true hardcore=false texture-pack= online-mode=true pvp=true difficulty=1 gamemode=0 max-players=10 spawn-monsters=true view-distance=15 generate-structures=true motd=**ShadowGloom 1.4.7** and my ip is there, just in white font. Any suggestions? I port forwarded too Last edited by black_hole9: Feb 23, 2013 Rollback Post to Revision RollBack #2 Feb 23, 2013 Hunter Hunter View User Profile View Posts Send Message Retired Staff 404: Member Not Found Location: New Zealand Join Date: 9/13/2011 Posts: 1,796 Minecraft: Hunterr Member Details Failed to bind port usually in means that something is already running in that port already, could be another server or something else. First thing I would do, is leave the IP part blank, as this usually doesn't need to be filled. Leave the IP blank, and then try run the server again.
