Using PStools, I executed the following Command: psexec \\computername "C:\windows\system32\ccm\ccmrepair.exe" (where computer name is the name of the computer!!!) Then, I followed it up by connecting to the computer remotely using the SMS 2003 Toolkit's PolicySpy utility. Open PolicySpy Click Tools > Open Remote Enter Computer (machine) name and click OK Click tools > evaluate Machine policy Lastly, I initiated the Data Discovery through the SMS 2003 Toolkit's cscript.exe and sendsched.vbs: cscript sendsched.vbs {00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000003} computername It's very manual, however if I want to reinstall/troubleshoot a configmgr client install I can do it without the user knowing!!
