Cannot Make Notes in ACT - Recieve Message: A FATAL ERROR HAS OCCURRED Spencer Betz asked Jul 17, 2007 | Replies (1) Hi everyone! My name is Spencer. I work with Act as it is the software program my company supplied me with. In the ACT database, if I go to enter a note on any contact, it allows me type the note, but when I leave the 'note' field it doesn't record the note, it give me the message: "A Fatal Error Has Occurred" I went tried re-indexing and that didn't help. I am not savy at computer stuff so if anyone can give me instructions to try to repair whatever is wrong I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you, Spencer Join this group 1Reply Best Answer 0 Mark this reply as the best answer?(Choose carefully, this can't be changed) Yes | No Saving...
