What operating system do you have and I will move this topic. Quote: This happened after I was in the control panel, removing programs that I thought I did not use. Uh huh and what programs did you remove? Please post the list and tell us if Image Zone was one of them? Under which area should I have posted? I removed Norton, AOL and some small ones that I did not recognize. I had been talking with a guy at one of those office places. He recommended that I remove all programs that I didn't use, then defrag. Before this error message, the computer was trying to "install" some kind our "look for" some kind of photo program. Got like 50 error messages in a row. Could not shut down the computer. Had to hold off button. When restarted...the error messages now occcur. I have Windows XP.
