Fnis Animation Limit

My problem goes like this... I've re-imaged my computer bringing it back to factory specs, installed all updates and drivers for Windows 7 64bit My ATI Radeon 5700 is functioning properly, hard drives defragmented. security programs removed prior to install. all Gen 4 figures installed to main poser directory. The "program is Not responding pops up on multiple functions, sometimes it recovers and sometimes it crashes everything. ( upon saving the file, upon loading an item/figure, upon starting a render, upon adding a texture, upon rotating the view ) I'm running one additional runtime on an internal Hard drive as well, library is set to Deep. I've never had this much trouble with a poser install, and what ever it is.... it destabilized Poser Pro 2010 as well ( so it was not installed after system OS was rebuilt) only a fresh new install of 2012
