I have Windows Vista Ultimate (32 bit) and I'm having trouble installing KB938371 as well. However, the error message I keep getting is "Code 80070020". I know it hasn't been already installed, I've check my update history and all and I've tried installing it like 20 times. It repeatedly tries to configure updates upon reboot after the install, and says "updates were not configured correctly. Reverting changes." and then it reboots again. IDK what the deal is, I've heard about Bitdefender and other anti-virus programs being an issue sometimes, but I've disabled mine and it didn't help. I appreciate your help, I've looked all over for help. P.S. Manual install failed too... ThursdaDisplay results as threads More...
