First delete the printer, than go to ?regedit?, find, and look for the name of the printer (not HP 4500 etc.), but the name given to the printer. Delete all instances of it and reinstall it. To remove the drivers you can open the Printers and Faxes, click on File, click on Print Server Properties, and click on the Drivers tab. Locate the driver you want to remove, highlight and click remove. If you connect the printer to another computer, are you able to use all of the printer's functionality, only print functionality, or nothing at all?
