Some of the informations presented are found on the internet and some are tested by us.What is this Game Guard ?nProtect GameGuard (sometimes called GG) is an anti-cheating software developed by INCA Internet. It is installed alongside many Asian massively multiplayer online roleplaying games (MMORPGs) such as gameguard download Lineage II, 9Dragons, Cabal Online, Phantasy Star Universe, GunZ: The Duel, Flyff, PangYaand Ragnarok Online to block malicious applications and common methods of cheating. nProtect GameGuard provides B2B2C (Business to Business to Consumer) security services for online game companies and portal sites.GameGuard hides the game application process, monitors the entire memory range, terminates applications defined by the game vendor and INCA Internet to be cheats (QIP for example), blocks certain calls to DirectX functions and Windows APIs, and auto-updates itself to change as new threats surface.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GameguardLots of the problems caused by Game Guard are due the large use of proxy servers. So what kind of problems we may encounter?1. If internet connection is restricted due to security programs(firewall or antivirus), GameGuard may not be able to update. You should turn off those setting.2.Connection to the GameGuard update server is not possible due to external firewalls. Remove the retail version of GameGuard If you’re experiencing errors with GameGuard we recommend you first ensure that gameguard update you do not have the retail version of GameGuard installed and are only using the integrated version with Blade and Soul.
