The service can work if only i open in command prompt with only this command, and the command prompt must alive as long as the service is on Is there is another way, to start service? So we no more start from CMD...? This the log, from smsdlog when i entered the command : gammu-smsd -c smsdrc. So the service work. I think your error might relate to this log-line: Error inserting into database (SMSDMySQL_InitAfterConnect): Field 'Battery' doesn't have a default value Did you create your database structure correctly? In gammu smsd error my smsd-database, in the "phones" table, the "battery"-field has a default value of 0. There is an sql-script that comes with gammu that will create your database with the proper fields and defaults. On my computer it is located in /usr/share/doc/gammu/examples/sql/mysql.sql I hope this helps. Christian.
