Then recreating the Google sync by going to File - Synchronization - Add Synchronization works here. When you do sync you should still see the error in the sync window, but above it the sync will function properly.Peter Top markfish Experienced Posts: 62 Joined: Mon Oct 22, 2007 2:13 pm Beenthanked: 1 time Re: Err

To reconnect your Rocket Matter account, please refer to the following FAQ: How Do I Enable my Google Synch in Rocket Matter? We appreciate your patience and sincerely apologize for any interruption in your workflow this issue caused. Update from December 3 We have been hard at work responding to the Google Calendar API change and have an engineering fix we are about to deploy to our testing professionals. Once the fix is thoroughly tested, we will gradually roll it out to our customer base to ensure the safety of the synchronization. We want to ensure the highest probability of success with our re-engineered Google Calendar solution, which is why we are spending the extra time testing it out. We appreciate your patience and are sorry for this inconvenience. We will have more information for you on Monday, December 8th as to the status of the rollout. Update from November 18: CRITICAL GOOGLE CALENDAR ALERT: Today we learned of a change in Google's Calendar synchronization that has broken our communication with Google Calendar and will require an engineering update by our team. HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: As of yesterday, November 17 at 4:00PM Eastern, Google Calendar made a change to their synching mechanism which disrupted our communication with them and requires an engineering change for us to resolve. This means that any changes made to your Google calendar since November 17 at 4:00PM Eastern will NOT be reflected in your Rocket Matter calendar. It also means any changes you made to your Rocket Matter calendar, whether on iPad, web, Android, or iPhone versions, will likewise not be reflected in Google Calendar. Example: Sally added a calendar event on Rocket Matter on Sunday, November 10th. It would have ended up on Google Calendar no problem. Example 2: Sally updates that same calendar event today via Rocket Matter. The updates will appear in Rocket Matter but NOT in Google Calendar. ESTIMATED RESOLUTION TIME: This is a major issue requiring significant engineering time. We estimate that it will take us 5-10 business days for us
