In this case it occurs when the receiving client does not supportchat rooms; like GAIM, Trillian, or Adiumx. They are using version 2.0.1 released on 3/29/2006. Had not had problems clicking on hyperlinks in the IMs that are sent, while Firefox is the default browser. After installing Firefox 3 yesterday it now gives an error when you click a hyperlink. I have tried rebooting the computer, but yielded the same results. I have not re-installed the Groupwise Messenger as I don't have access. 0xd161 is intruder lockout. Any chance she has a client set to remember password with an old password that might be chewing through grace logins? In addition to the agent specific settings in ConsoleOne, there are two other possible places to tweak logs: 1) /etc/init.d/novell-nmma (the logdir setting) 2) /etc/opt/novell/messenger/strtup.ma (/loglevel, /logdiskoff, and /log settings) Ensure they're all set where you want them, and that the user the MA is running as has rights to that location. By default, when you launch the agent(s) as root, it switches to nvlmsgr under the covers for security reasons.
