Cisco Bug: CSCtz97236 - Eventlog shows "Error tpkt: H245 socket closed" when C-series drops call Last Modified Aug 12, 2012 Product Cisco TelePresence MCU 4500 Series Known Affected Releases 4.1(1.59) Description (partial) Symptom:C-series endpoint calling over H.323 to MCU results in the endpoint dropping the call. C-codec is running on TC 3.1.1 beta 2. C-series calls MCU over H323 (non interworked) and when the call is terminated from the endpoint, the MCU event log shows the following error: Error tpkt: H245 socket closed This is not seen if the call is ended from MCU. Condition:The problem is observed between a C-codec endpoint and MCU. Workaround: No workaround necessary. This is resolved in MCU 4.2 release.
