Partitioning Hard Drive Mac For Windows
with windows 7 on it and Ive downloaded the Windows support software from apple onto an external hard partitioning hard drive mac for windows 8 drive. Ive tried repairing/verifying my disk and an assortment of other small fixes, none have worked. I run boot camp, set the partition to 32GB and always end up partitioning hard drive mac for windows 7 with this error message about 1/6 the way throught the DL. I am running OS X 10.9.1 and Boot Camp Assistant 5.1.0. Any ideas? I used resizeStack method to get the full size of the disk on OS X. The problem I have now is when I press ALT key hard drive mac on startup it shows two bootable disks. Macintosh HD and Windows. Windows was a partitioned disk I had for windows and is empty (maybe). After using resizeStack it shouldn't be there.
