I tried opening it and I got a message that said, "unable to continue becaus eof hardware system error". I've done everything that I can find to do on the internet from defragmeting, holding down crtl+alt+shift while opening it and clicking yes on the message, restarting my computer, uninstalling and reinstalling the software. Someone please give me some answers. 3134Views Tags: none (add) This content has been marked as final. Show 20 replies 1.
